I feel as if my whole world just feel apart right in front of me. How could I have been so blind and not seen the whole picture. I have been with my husband for 11 years, married the last three. I am crushed because I just found out that he is a liar and a cheater. If you were on the outside looking in you would think that we are the perfect couple, so in love, so true to love. My husband has been goin to prostitute houses. I think he has been having affairs too. I love him very much. He is away on a business trip now. When he returns I want to confront him, but not sure how. I do not want to stay in a fake marriage. I feel as if I should give him a chance though. I am a beautiful and loyal wife. We have a great sex life. I am so confused as to why he needs to cheat and lie to me. And how long has it been going on? He is my best friend. We were friends before lovers. I have so much time and emotion invested already in this relationship. But now that I know the truth, I will not be able to look at him the same. Please help! I need guidance and strength. Maria, let me first say how sorry I am that you discovered this. It is never easy to believe that the person you loved and trusted betrayed you.
This site is a great place to start learning about relationships and emotional needs.
Before you confront your H, you may need to step back and take a deep breath and realize he is attempting to meet some need within him that he is not getting from you.
He may not know what it is...you may not know what it is.....but together....with counseling and reading the marraige/ relationship can be saved......
It is truly difficult to step out of the negative feelings you have right now....but this is the time to be strong and remember that your H is in pain also or he would not be doing this.....
Think hard about how you will confront him...let him know that you love him and that you want to work on the marraige....and make it stronger, better, more fullfilling ...
Keep reading all of the information you can get here....keep posting for support...I'll look for your posts.
