Yes, today, June 24th is my 22nd wedding anniversary. And last night June 23rd my husband moved back home!
I've been living this nighamare, of the affair, for 3 years and it feels like I finally woke up!
Yes, plan A works for long term affairs. My husband's affair began 13 years ago. Discovery was three years ago when he moved in with OW. He came back for one year after he left but was still seeing her and left me again last year in July and moved back in with OW.
Tonight, or actually last night, he pulled in the driveway with his car filled with all of his clothing and personal items. He still has a number of things to bring home but seeing OW won't be a worry, at least not now. When he told her he was leaving her she made the decision to go to see her family in another state, and possibly move there. She'll be gone for 3 or 4 weeks. So H can go and get the rest of his things without seeing her.
The events that led up to his return are much to long to post right now. And I don't want him to roll over in his sleep and not find me next to him. So I'll try to post more of how this actually happened the beginning of next week when he is at work.
It's been a long road, and I know our work is still cut out for us. I can hardly believe he is home. He made so many promises as to when he would return and broke them all, all *expect* this last one.
I haven't posted much recently, but so many of you are on my mind and in my heart. I learned so much from so many. There is no way I could ever thank you all for the wonderful advice you have given me and the big shoulders you have for others to cry on. But I do want to say a special thank you to Jim. He was the first to post to me and his advice has always been sound, no matter how difficult times have been for him. Thank you Jim, I wish only the best for you.

Well that's it for now. I'll post more when I can. I'll being thinking and praying for you all. I'll be sure to stick around to try to lend a helping hand to others, as so many have done for me.
Good Night From a VERY HAPPY,
Fingers Crossed
