Write her a note that you're going to a movie. Then go to a movie. If you can't handle what's going on, go to another movie. If you're still falling apart, go to a hotel.
DO NOT confront her unless you are capable of being rational. And sane. And all those things you find impossible to be right now.
You'll be better off if she has to wonder about you rather than take you for granted. You'll be better off if you can face her without rancor - which you can't do now.
GET OUT. CALL HER TOMORROW.

{{{Ben}}}:
I'm sorry you're hurting, but I'm glad you've found us.
Here is a link to a thread from a while back where a lot of us listed the things that tipped us off that an affair was going on. http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/Forum28/HTML/000985.html
May I ask what makes you think that your wife may be having an affair?
I hope that you're wrong, but if you are right, please remember that it doesn't have to signal the end of your marriage.
Please read about Plan A and Plan B ( http://www.marriagebuilders.com/graphic/mbi8113_ab.html )on this site.
I'd also like to recommend a couple of books. "Surviving an Affair" by Dr. Harley is an excellent book to read, as is "After the Affair: Healing the Pain and Rebuilding Trust When a Partner Has Been Unfaithful" by Janis Abrahms Spring. I particularly recommend the first chapter of "After the Affair"--it describes the typical emotions of a spouse who has just found out about an affair and it helped me to realize that I wasn't going crazy.
Hang in there, Ben, and let us know how you're doing.
All the best. --HBC
