My son called me last night I waas so excited
to hear from him. He is still so very angry with
the situation with me and his daddy. He needs
counselling but will not seek any help at all.
He has blamed me, his dad his sister everything
that could possibly be. It really hurts me to see
him this way. But I am absolutely thrilled at least
that he is calling. He told me he wanted to
change his last name because he was ashamed
to hold this name. All I told him was that he
really needed to discuss these matters with
his dad, not me. I am so thrilled with how I
handled the call. I didn't cut his dad down at
all. I didn't even agree with him. I was just so'
proud of myself!!

------------------

Anita
I know things have been hard between you guys. You handled yourself great by remaining neutral. You did the right thing by deferring him back to dad to discuss certain issues. You have a lot on your plate right now... take care. Hope you're feeling better.
