I haven't heard back from Monen yet...so how did you record the phone calls?

Stella,<BR> You can go to Radio Shack and buy the phone recording equipment. It's just a small box with a phone cord on one side that you plug into an out-of-the-way phone jack, and it has a phone jack on the other side to plug into a phone (although you don't have to plug a phone into it--it will pick up conversations on all extensions) and a plug-in for an audio adapter. You will also need a small (pocket sized) voice-activated tape recorder w/an adapter to plug into the box. Be sure that you can set the tape recorder to a slow speed so that you can get more time on the tape. I hid mine behind the bottom drawer of a dresser that backed up to a phone jack in my guest room. I did have it in my sewing/arts-crafts building behind the house, but it was too much trouble to run out there and set/check it all the time.<BR>
