Timtam, take a deep breath. Betrayal aches at the very core...your soul.. Keep focused on your own.
People can change everything about themselves. Their cloths, the car they drive, their "idea"s, their spouse's, but the soul stays the same. And her soul is the same as yours!!! no different and with no different responsibilities.
Though you are not responsible for hers, you are for your own. This is so hard...boy do I understand. I ache along with you. You are not alone.... God is with you...and we are also. I realize that after awhile you cannot even bring yourself to talk about it with your friends or family, but when you are feeling so low you need to reach out.
Please keep posting when in this state...

thanks everyone.
You may not believe this but just as I got off this thread I had a surprise visit from a close friend and his W. There is somebody out there looking after me.
They both have been through this before and helped me get this pain out while they were here. I feel alot better now. I was so down before they arrived I never felt like that before, trying to keep that shield up to long.
I want to ring W and tell her I know whats going on, what do you think? I have some ideas on what to say but isnt very complimentary.
Thanks again for the replies
Tim

Glad you had a visit from some sympathetic friends. A lot of people here know how you are hurting, but some more real life contact with caring people.
Best wishes and don't give up on the meds too soon.
