I have a friend who thinks her h is having an affair, but she wants to try to confirm it. She wants to get a hold of his cell phone bill. Can anyone tell me if she can call the cellular service and get a detailed listing of phone calls made from her husbands cell phone?

If she is not on the account, they probably won't release it to her. If she is, certainly! It usually involves a minimal fee, but I'd check. That is how I found out about SO much stuff. doesn't hurt to try.

I wasn't on my H's cell phone account - even thought the phone was bought for me. <P>He stole one bill for the year and so I called and told them it had business calls on it I needed to account for for tax purposes and I needed a copy. <P>I had to give some information for identification purposes, but they glady sent me a copy in the mail. <P>That's how I found her. J

If the company has a web site, she may also be able to access the info online if he hasn't already set up a password. <P>Some companies don't detail the copy that they mail to you, but you can go to their web site to access the detailed bill. <P>You need to know the full account number, and probably other info on the account holder, such as social security number or mother's maiden name...depending what the cell company asks for.<P>I did this to check up on my h., and it was easy to get access to his last three months of bills.<P>HOWEVER -- if she suspects an affair, tell her to be ready for what she finds...(and to be smart about it, use reverse lookup, DON'T call the numbers, or *67 and dial them in the middle of the night.)<BR>

Thanks to everyone who responded! I will give my friend the advice and see what she can come up with. I know the answers she is looking for lies in the cell phone. Unfortunately, I think it is going to be bad news..... I am trying to prepare her best I can.. I am glad that I can be there for her. Lu: Good to hear from you too! Things are still going really well for us... Its pretty amazing that we made it through everything. I do know that I never want to go through this again in my life!!!
