I though H went to work, but he returned and said he took the day off and he was taking the trailer and going camping till tuesday.
I opened my mouth and what came out was.... with OW? Jo's famous lines... I see, I understand, OK, would have been better huh?
I tried to make it up by saying I'm sorry. I know I said you could have the trailer, but it hurts to think of you using it with someone else. He said "well, I'm going alone. I had a lousey 2 weeks at work and probably should have been on vacation and I'm stressed." Ah well, he cancelled vacation on his own so he wouldn't have to spend it with me and I have been gone for a week and a half so you would think he would have been in heaven with OW and his freedom.
So maybe he isn't going to be totally happy on his own. Maybe it isn't only me stressing him out. He took off with the trailer with all my stuff in it too, so I almost beleive he is going alone. If I was a less suspioous person I would beleive him, but after all his lies I guess I would like a little proof.
He took our journal that we have written about prevoius trips. I certainly hope he has time to read it and see and remember that we have had some good times too.
And the other thing is, I guess he is not going to be looking for an apartment this weekend either.
Lora

I hope that this is as positive as it looks. I don't *think* I'd get my hopes too high - yet. I do hope for your sake that he's coming around. Nobody deserves this hell that a lot of us are going through.

Sorry about all this uncertainty.
Can you get a PI on him? Do you know where he went? Maybe the next time?
I would need evidence to help me if my H went off in a huff and puff. But it is really your call.
Try to keep the chin up for at least some part of the day, okay!

Hi Beth,
I am not sure what to think either, I would like to beleive he went off alone to think, but how likely is that? God, I hate that he can lie to me until I don't know what way is up anymore.
Carolina Belle,
yes, when they are in this, its better to have no expectations. I had Jo call their work last night and she wasn't there. Now I don't know if I can resist calling again and if I call several times will she know it was me? Maybe it would be good for her to know I know... I am not sure if he has told her anything since he is so into denial to me.
Weep,
I know, now I sort of wish I had followed him. It is suspicios that I asked him where he was going and he just said again camping. Shoot, I am working myself into beleiving that he took her with. I think I will be able to figure it out when he gets home. I hate this.
Lora

Lora,
Warning--this is going to sound cranky--if your H actually looked for apartments, that would be the act of an adult following his path. Your H is living firmly in Lala land. Not a whole lot you can do about it, unless he comes home and finds all his stuff in a storage unit.
That wasn't something I could ever make myself do, even though my H left me twice right before he left town for a couple weeks with work. I have NEVER figured out what the point of that was, except he could then call her and say we were separated. They set up their little houses of straw so carefully.
I doubt you want to push him into OW's dwelling...but he's not being fair to you by making you live with his boxes in your house (I presume his boxes are still there?).
Sorry, Lora, that I'm cranky about YOUR husband, but I know how hard the position you are in is--waiting through a vacation or work separation to find out where your life is going. I feel like going to shake Guard (my H) just on principle ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/mad.gif) . You of course have to Plan A ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/frown.gif) .
I think PMS must be sneaking up on me. Good thing I'll be working today and out of the house.

Lor,
Thanks for making me laugh, I feel cranky about my H too. But please don't take it out on Gaurd. ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/smile.gif) Unless he desearves it of course.
Yup, boxes in this room, of course he hasn't really packed anything he needs yet, just old albums and papers. So he will come home tuesday and have 3 days to find a place and move while also working 10 hour days. Do I think that will happen? He was the one in such a hurry to escape. Now it seems maybe his little vacation took priority.
Can I just freak out about one more thing? When I came home from vacation there was a can of whipping cream in the fridge. Somehow I don't think he was baking desserts that need whipping cream.
Lora
