TMD--I'm running out of time today so I'm going to cheat a little if you don't mind.
I'm going to do your profile in spurts. When I have windows of time I'll come in and do more aspects of your profile. It'll be thorough, just not all in your face at once, ok?
You (and RobinAnn!) are born 12/2/56 making you Sagittarius/(Fire)Monkeys
Your H was born 4/4/59 making him an Aries/(Earth)Pig
Your generic (not taking into account your astrological horoscopes or your elemental signs or your genders--all which greatly affect your character) goes as follows:
Monkey with Pig:
Poor Piggy! The Pig must treat this relationship with less blind indulgence for the opposite party. Monkeys can be ruthless when necessary. The Pig's naivete is no help when it comes to dealing with a beloved, yet sometimes unscrupulous, monkey.
Unlike the Snake, whose intentions in the Pig's regard are plainly lethal, the Monkey means no harm. Pigs' and Monkey's tender hearts are mightily compatible - but their thinking processes are world's apart. The Pig must adapt to the Monkey's ways or the couple is doomed.
As Pigs are very malleable, adaptation is not an unreasonable demand. But Piggy must be careful not to lose his purest ideals in Monkey's constantly expanding bag of tricks. Pigs live by their intuition. Monkeys cleave to logic. If they can teach their mutual talents to co-operate, it will assist their union's progress. If not, there will be major rows. An angry Monkey is a hopping mad mini volcano who forgets about it two minutes after the eruption. A mad Pig is fearsome, relentless, dangerous and vengeful. (Think Jerry Springer, here!)
Monkey should accept and enjoy Pig's smothering and homely charms. And Pig should try to see how innocently the Monkey needs room to wander and squander. If these concessions are made they can have a lovely long-lasting life together. [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
So far, so good--will be back with more tomorrow.
A hui hou,
Leilana

Your Pig Man in general:
There is so much to say but I'll try to limit it to relationships...
The male Pig is the most loving of characters. Even his ex-wives don't hate him. He is kind, friendly, generous, tender, affectionate, honest, patient, modest, conscientious and loyal.
Once a Pig male is committed to a relationship or a project, he tries to be faithful. Remember, the Pig doesn't like to cheat or be seen to be dishonest. His basic belief in goodness as a weapon against evil usually keeps him straight.
Pig men sometimes appear meek. Rarely are they outwardly aggressive. Their behavior is rather apologetic and they never insist on being first or best. He hardly ever learns the meaning of firmness and is unable to avenge himself when harm has been done to him. He is baffled and confused (and in turn, intrigued) by wickedness and naively insists on believing in the basic goodness of mankind. He is inevititably and often, duped. Again and again.
But because of this they develop a doubting streak. Also, not wishing to confront or deal with ugliness or anger, they often become manipulative or sneaky. OR, because of their grim determination to hang on to their moral rectitude, they stubbornly repeat their error of believing in disreputable people whose scruples you or I would have classified as below subnormal (i.e. as having the morals of an alley cat).
He himself because of the pride he has of his high morals, has a fascination with dark corners and things naughty.
In love, the male Pig rarely has to take no for an answer. He is born with a natural understanding of the female side. He can instinctively foresee a woman's (not necessarily a wife's!) need for constant communication, endow them with tenderness and never tire of supplying all those tiny delicious lies, the key to maintaining the health of the female ego.
But he is hardly a Don Juan. Instead, his game is slow and calculated. The sexual observation period is long and may include a mystifying hands-off policy. Pig men are over-susceptible to pain and will not take up with "just anybody" until they find out if the "anybody" might break their heart. Like a rarely sick husband whose cold is always worse than his wife's, when a male Pig's heart is broken, it's more broken than anyone else's. He dare not take many emotinal risks.
In love relationships, the male Pig is seeking to replace or improve on his mother. Love at first sight may smite him only if the lady resembles Mama. Also, the male Pig's frequent depressions make him so vulnerable to falling in love. Not surprisingly, he prefers clinging-vine women who stay close to home and see to his needs. He likes to play prince and princess games and will reward her participation handsomely, with lavish gifts and an opulent nest. The male Pig falls in love with romantic love and will be cozily satisfied as long as he feels he is king of the castle. Even if his wife is boldly unfaithful, cruel or even insane he is unlikely to instigate a break-up. Love, to him, is to be taken seriously. Marriage represents the fusion of two bodies and souls and to destroy it strikes the male Pig as sacrilege.
More a little later, TMD--gotta go run an errand. Be back in an hour or two.

As an Earth/Pig (those born in Pig Years every 60th year--he shares the birth year and element with Rosanna Arquette and Tracy Ullman.
Not much to say in the romance department but interesting to note that money comes naturally to him (and Pigs like to spend) in the form of windfalls, inheritence, marrying money, or landing lucrative contracts. He will survive monetarily.
Also for your info: It is no good pushing him. Trying to help him make up his mind as he is pig-headed about taking advice and resents interference from outsiders. If you push too hard, he'll fly off into one of his epic rages and you'll be flattened. (As low profile and lowkey as they are--they have surges of blind rage, tantrums, fly into fits and you usually don't see it coming. But it usually stems from being overly accomodating and people taking advantage of his yielding nature to much. (Pig men need to learn how to say the magic word "NO", to exercise his right to refuse to serve others).
Piggy's rages also occur when they are accused of wrongdoing--He is so afraid of his own possible misconduct that he borders on paranoia. They are always concerned that someone might be trying to dupe them, or that they have committed some major faux pas which may cost them their job, their wealth or their life.
It is easy to make a Pig feel guilty because his guilt quotient is so outrageously high.
His hair trigger fragile temper abates and becomes real mellow post middle-age.
Under Aries/Pig in the love department:
His life is often fraught with frustration. He is a natural for early marriage--but in the case of the slow-growing Pig nature, where developments happen oh-so-gradually over a long period of time, a precipitous wedding it will stand for sure disaster.
Trouble is, he is a believer in his own capacity for "dealing" with everything. He can do it. He can find a way to get along wit his mate. He can find a way to keep her home and tie her down with all variety of fascinating ropes. But the truth is that Aries/Pigs cannot manage shaky relationships. They lack subtlety for the sort of connivance necessary to judge other peoples' motives - ulterior oand other. He will, moreover, always blame himself if things go wrong in love relationships. And then comes the rage . . . the killer rage. But the unfaithful (if YOU were the one unfaithful) doesn't die. Aries/Pig takes the guilt with him to the grave.
If you love and Aries/Pig and you are any kind of meanie, lay off! Aries and Pig makes for such a a delightful companion, who gives so much more than he gets, that often mates take advantage of him. Aries/Pig works hard, makes do, remains cheerful thru the worst adversities, saves money and time. Don't misuse this character. The world needs him to lead and preside and most of all to preserve what is beautiful about humankind forever.
(I don't know your story, TMD, so I'm sorry if this sounds like I'm presuming you are the WS vs. the BS--it's not on purpose--I'm pretty much typing verbatim. It makes it so much easier for me to know the premise before doing these! I'll have to request that from now on.)

Now it's time for you (and RobinAnn!)
So many Fire Monkeys here! And I think I just found out why! I just posted it to timtam (a male Fire Monkey). You may want to read timtam's profile but ignore the "male Monkey" part of the profile. If you do this as a favor to me, it will save me some precious time. But I found this: The first and last phases of your life will pass smoothly. At around thirty-seven or thirty-eight you may experience a sudden loss of confidence from a major mid-life love crisis. This sinking spell will pass after the age of forty-five.
Interesting, huh?

Ok, the FEMALE Monkey:
You are ever youthful.
Moneky women are attractive. They are welll turned out, carries a singular air of competence and a fetching, mischievous twinkle.
Men are drawn to your spirited manner. Your main objective is to remain young at heart, active and open-minded, to observe and poke fun (but you are never cutting or hurtful)
to enertain and sort out others' problems.\
Ms Monkey is creative in bed. She never lets her partner get bored and is careful to maintain and atmosphere of humor and good cheer in the face of almost any wild behavior her lover thinks up.
You are a good sport and excellent organizer. You can be counted on to smooth over other people's problems and tempers with ease. But you are as hysterical about your own problems as you are practical about other people's. You often have difficulty separating emotions from facts. She frets and panics over what others might see as the least little thing. If she thinks it's directed at her, she can work herself into a terrible lathre over a passing remark or a whisper dropped in her presence.
Another Monkey trait is diffulty with foreign languages.
And they are eccentric.
Other FIRE Monkeys are Mel Gibson, Carrie Fisher, Bjorn Borg, Caroline of Monaco, Timothy Daley, Geena Davis, Eric Roberts, Tom Hanks.
Now specifically for Sagitarrius/Monkeys:
They are a bit uncomfortable in intimacy. They don't give easily of their emotions, and tend to shrink from the bonds that coupledom imposes. The Sagittarius/Monkey will be hesitant about marrying or hitching up with someone for life. This character sees beyond each relationship, and wonders whether or not in a few years' time she will become bored with the loved one. There is a refusal in this characer to take on emotional responsibility for anything other than her missions. She will be fun to hang around with but you won't be too sure you'd want her to marry your brother. ( [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] I'm sure that's not true!!)
If you are attracted to the challenging Sagittarius/Monkey, use wile to fight wiles. Don't be too declarative or easy for this person to bag. Otherwise, she will lose interest overnight. You will best charm this difficult subject by challenging her mind, testing her mettle and taking little trips by yourself from time to time just to keep her on her toes. For heaven's sake, don't say you are only going to the neighboring village. Pretend you've been called away on affairs of state.
You are always freethinkers. You blaze trails and shoot for the future. You are glib and humanitarian. You are direct and cheerful. Monkeys are know for their silliness and playfulness. Sagittarius makes the Monkey reserve her crazy clown antics for private parties with friends and inimates. The public image of this power-seeking dynamo will be grave. This bright person wants to project the image of being nobody's fool.
So how close or far off was that? Sorry for the referring you to another's thread short cut. Will be going away for the weekend and wanted to give all info to you before I leave. Remember to look under "Fire Monkey" sections only on timtam's or rrunrr's thread. If there is a problem in understanding any of this, let me know. I'd be happy to clarify.
Aloha,
Leilana
