I, too, have regained a close personal relationship with God. It is, in every sense of the word, a very personal relationship. <P>By allowing Him to take control of my life, trusting His ways, and looking to Him for guidance, I have been able to completely change my personality. I too am a Christian and there is no way I/we could have made it through the last 9 months without the Lord leading and guiding us through this. I give Him all praise and honor and glory for what He has done in our lives. God is so very good! I stand upon Romans 8:28 "For we know that God causes all things to work toward good for those who love the Lord and are called according to His purpose." He has protected us, disciplined us, and brought us to a place where our relationship with Him has grown. We have experienced the love of our friends, miracle after miracle, and freedom in knowing that He is in charge not us. I know that this OW and her family have been protected also as they have been in our prayers. We are still having to deal with her trying to restart this relationship and the challenges there but we're resting in God's care. I don't not know how we or anyone else can make it through tough times like these without the love and protection of the Lord. Words seem so hollow to express my true gratitude and love for God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Praise to His Holy Name for He alone is Worthy of Praise and Adoration!
