my H goes to third shift tonite where the OW works. I am very scared and feeling alone. We have talked little about this. I think it will be a long night for me. wish I could peek into my future at five years down the road for five minutes. just to see if the pain, and anger goes away and if the trust and honesty are there. wouldn't that be great.

Hi Mucca, Just read your post and wanted to give you some encouragement. It is tough. I can't say that it isn't. You need to be strong and live for the moment. You can only control what you can control. When you feel you are in a tough moment. Breath in and then breath out and as you are breathing out say positive things. I say things like "Strength", "Confidence", "Focus", "Calm", "Character". I know this sound corny. But it does help a little. Best Wishes.
