After reading the thread titled "sex questions" I now have another issue to worry about. Since discovery of my w numerous a's our sex has improved dramatically. I guess you call this the honeymoon effect.
My new concern and question deals with this issue.
1) Is the honeymoon effect a normal healthy healing process or is it a insecure and insincere attempt by both spouses to gain favor with each other.
2) Is the honeymoon effect a temporary period that ends and the offended spouse moves into a longer period of resentment, due to partners using sex as a forgiveness tool.
My last question does not deal with sex aspect but a general question. My w and I are moving back in with each other this weekend. Since D day, I have not looked at my wife as a wife. I see her as a mother, lover, friend, business partner but not as a wife. In the period after a's, does the offended spouse ever look at w/h in the same way as pre affair days.

Thanks
