H asked for and 'really wants' divorce. He is happy with OW and I haven't verbally talked to him in 5 weeks only an email every once in a while to tell me that he still doesn't want me (probably to make me stop sending him e-mails). Is it too late to read "Surviving the Affair"? Or could this book still offer some guidance to me. I obviously don't want the divorce and haven't 'given' it yet. Please advize.

Student Wife,
Weekends are REALLY slow around here... so don't despair if you get very few responses... it picks up again on the weekdays...
As far as your question: I agree with Sally, it's never EVER too late to learn. Plus, don't sign the divorce papers if you aren't ready. It took two to marry, and it takes two to divorce. Hold onto them... but don't sign until you've tried everything to put the marriage back together, which it sounds like you want to do!
Best wishes
~Sheryl

Thanks new_beginning! I have gotten so much help and support from this site. I know I am young and have a very individual situation, but I have read so many posts and been able to relate things to my situation. Thanks again. I just ordered 'Surviving the Affair' so I expect to have some great reading material early next week.
