In a nutshell, H had an A with co-worker. I got a note at work from anonymous person telling me about the A. H broke it off in March and also got fired from his job over it. (So did OW).<P>As with other posts, the A was over sex. He was not getting what he needed at home. He has an addiction and needs counciling, but that is another story.<P>I found out yesterday that he has not broken it off. When he came clean I was mortified. The contact started again becuase she had been PG, had a tubal pg and lost it. However, since she did not have a job no insurance the operation cost 2 grand. He has since paid her $200.00 out of guilt because it could have been his. But she was supposedly actively trying to get PG with her husband so she wasn't sure who's it was.<P>Witch called this morning and was telling me that the PG was my Husbands and that she was not trying with hers. Soap Opera!!! She left a vmail on our machine telling my H that he must contact her to end things and to make arrangements. I think that she is going to come after him for the rest of the $. Any advise????? I will not let him talk to her, I am feeding off of her pain. It kills her not to be able to talk to him and I love it!!! Also, my dumb, dumb, stupid Husband again this time around had unprotected sex again. How absolutely dumb can one person be???<P>Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! This certainly is a test of my strength, but I am sure that God will guide me and help me with my decisions!!<P>Any advise is appreciated, does she have a case with no evidence only her word against his?<BR>

There is no way that she can make him pay for the surgery. He is not legally responsible.<P> Have your H send her a no contact letter via certified mail. In the letter, he should tell her that he loves you and is committed to rebuilding your marriage, has no interest in being with her agian, and he should tell her that he is, in no way whatsoever, responsible for her medical bills. Also, tell her that any further communication from her will result in a restraining order being slapped against her.<P>What she is trying to do is called extortion.

Does her husband know? I would tell him what his wife is up to. Sometimes people recommend against telling the spouse, but in this case, I think she has a lot of nerve! See what the ladies in Preg/Child forum think you should do? They would know...<P>Ask forum moderator to copy your post over there for you via e-mail?<P>Sorry you are going through this. It can't be easy, but thank God no OC to worry about... Looks like you guys are already recovering from the affair, so that's good! There's hope for your marriage!

I agree with Lady Clueless, send her a no contact letter [certified] and threaten a restraining order. Don't take her calls and just blow her off.
