Hello there,
Well the day has come for me to go back to the Army. I am trying to make it as easy as possible for her and our son but she still has doubts about trusting me. I know that it will take time I just need to know what I can do while I'm away to make her feel secure that I am doing what I said I would and let her believe that I have not gone back to the old ways. Please I need some advice I feel like crap everyday for what I have done.

P.S. How do I let her know that I was not seeking any type of relationship with these girls when I did talk to one of them frequently (once a week at times)?
[ February 03, 2002: Message edited by: joe ranger ]

joe ranger,
Let her greive, let her deal w/ her anger ... she has to come to her own term and hope it will be in your favor. Check 5 stages of greive on my sig. Offer her to get some ADD medicine to control some of her mood swing.
No, do not contact them and will complicates matter. What if the OW(s) suspect them and start saying the "lies" ... what then ?. You want to show the truth, show her no contact letters, very short and to the point. You build the trust different way, offer your ammends w/ sincerity and stick by it. Time and consistency will build trust.
Show compassions and empathy, do understand if she wants to resent you.
