I've been posting over at EN's, but my story in brief:
Found out about A last Saturday 'by accident' when I found SMS message on phone and immediately rang her. H says there has been no sex, just talking (5 meetings in 6 month). OW is Thai and speaks 10 words of English. Her visa runs out in a couple of weeks. H did EN questionnaire with me and has unconvincingly said he wants to work it out. H has decided to stay in the city for a couple of nights to see what its like to be without me - I am panicking and trying to remain calm. I am lonely at home, there is not much to do around her and have no friends or family in this place as they've all moved interstate (bar one). I know I've not been listening to what the big problems are (ie Not enough SEX), and that I don't make him feel special. I realise that work places a lot of pressure on both of us, and i don't cope so well with the stress. This means I am not always the sweet loving wife that I would like to be, and not always 'in the mood'.
I want him back badly, I feel sick, can't eat and I just want him to tell me he's coming home. I have resisted telling him what to do, but did stress him out this morning when he called - he said he still dosen't know if he wants to come home and that i shouldn't push him-did I blow it? I don't know. I've ordered the HNHN book and intent to study it till it falls apart. I want him back!
Could someone tell me when you stop feeling sick please?

Seahorse,
It is good you take the first step, deciding that you want to save your M. It will be a painfull one, as you feel it now and more but at the end we will be a better spouse. Order also SAA. Most of the content is here, and go through Q&A section of infedelity. Below my signature there is quick link for BS by WAT, please read it.
Get medication to help you out, you need more than healthy body to take the 'coaster ride. By now hope you know ENs, LB, LB$, plan A/B otherwise you should read them.
Keep us posted for questions & updates. Time will make your body adapt to the emotional taruma that hit you now.

I am feeling better today as H has been keeping contact while he's 'away' thinking. Secretly though I feel that the news will be bad when he comes home tomorrow. Why? I don't know, I just do. What if he decides we can't be together? What then?
He says there has been no contact with OW and I believe him. But tonight he's out drinking to oblivion. I hope he behaves- basically i'm showing trust, but not feeling it 100%.
I wish I could turn back time and undo all the things I have done to contribute to this, them maybe history would be different, but I can't I only have now to work with, and basically its one day at a time from here on.

You might also seek help on Annon. In "trust", I do not trust my WS while in A. Their selfishness clouded their judgement.

quote:
I wish I could turn back time and undo all the things I have done to contribute to this, them maybe history would be different, but I can't I only have now to work with, and basically its one day at a time from here on.

Yes, plan A and hope & pray for a better future
