Whew, I made it the 4 days with no LB, even with OW calling here and hanging up one day.And you know what else, it felt great! By the end I felt the most normal in our relationship that I had for a long time. We were both more at ease, laughed some, held hands some, talked some. Tonight he goes back to work and he always goes out with her after work so I need to keep being strong, but I feel I made progress and maybe reminded him a little about how our relationship was in the past and can be again. He even asked for some country CD's for his birhday from his family that I know he will listen to with her and I didn't let it get to me then, but I probably will tonight when he is out with her at 1am and I am home in bed alone. Small steps right? Lora

Small step and big memories can but help things. Try to keep making those good memories. Glad you had a good weekend. Pat yourself on the back. But keep working on no lb all week.
------------------
di

Hi Lora,
Good job! As hard as it is right now, you have to be patient. Just focus on the here and now when you are together with him. Remember, no pressure, no LB's.
Hang in there and post here when you need a shoulder.
