I was driving at lunch today mostly cause I was so depressed and heard about this web site. I am having a difficult time keeping me together. I have devoured the articles but I am having still a difficult time with what to do. My husband and I have been married for 25 years and I thought everything was wonderful. Then this lady decided to purchase his consession stand where he works on weekends. When no money changed hands I got suspicious. Then there is the long list of phone calls on the cell phone and telephone and my 87 year old mother overheard him tell her several times that he loved her. I confronted him with all the the evidence and he of course admitted to nothing. He was very angry at me which told me that he was really guilty. I called her and told her that she was finished with whatever relationship she had with my husband and I also called her husband to alert him. This has been going on since December. I am angry, very angry and hurt and he proclaims his innocence. I of course explained that the appearance of evil is just as bad as the actual thing. It has been four weeks since I confronted everyone and yesterday, I helped him with his consession business. I had 5 people wonder who I was-if I was another girlfriend or what. Even the nice old lady in the office wondered who I was and that "I was not the woman they were used to seeing him with." I am hurt, I can't stop crying and I don't know what to do. When i talk to him about this, he gets angry because he proclaims his innocence and says I am crazy. I am not crazy. I know they had some kind of affair and after reading this, I know it is an emotional one. Any insights would be helpful.<p>thanks
