I am new to the forum. I have visited a few times, and have already benefited. I was wondering, how you can tell if your WS is sincere when they've lied and manipulated for so long?

The best and surest way to tell if they're (WS) sincere is when their words and actions match. Until then, they are suspect.<p>Lv, Jo

Thanks for responding. I guess you're right. Its just so hard waiting. My WH is doing and saying the right things, but I am still suspicious because of the amount of time he has lied and manipulated (3 yrs.). Any suggestions for dealing with the anxiety of the waiting game?
