cwmac,
For me, excercise, dieting, and meditation have helped me a lot; just taking care of myself; but most of all, I found a way to detach myself and keep my stomach from being in constant knots, my throat from being constantly choked-up, my heart from being constantly in pain, and my head from racing 1,000 mph! I find myself sleeping better, eating sensibly, getting in shape, and reconnecting with both myself and with God. It can be done. You can focus on yourself for self-preservation and growth and work on your marriage as well. Your D-Day was fairly recent so I understand your current state-of-being. My D-Day was 3/10/02 and Details Revealed on 4/16/02.
My real healing did not begin until after 4/16/02. I'd say it took about a week or so after full disclosure for me to find my sacred balance point. What is driving you crazy? Do you feel that you do not know everything yet? Or, are you just anxious for this to end and be behind you?

Hello cwmac
I am hardly writing as someone who is anxiety-free, and am currently in an uncomfortable limbo land with my H and his EA and our therapy has not been going very well. But I find spending as much time as possible outside to be restorative.
Great that you are working out and running. I don't know where you live and what the climate is like there but I have found going somewhere like a park where there's trails and just walking is unbelievably helpful, if you've got the time and capacity to go without kids in tow. You say you have been running, maybe slow down and try walking.
I have also dug up and replanted most of my garden which has been deeply satisfying, trying to take my anger and anxiety out on weeds and hard soil.
And don't forget to BREATHE....
NB
