just wanted to continue the 'nooner' discussion under my alias.
I deleted the other posts because I have told my h. my other username.
So back to the memories/reclaiming territory thing -- I think I may just go sit in the parking lot there and pray for a while. It might do the trick.
I really don't want to rekindle any of his memories of them together. (Even though he said the sex was never as good with her and it made him mad that it was better with me!)
I have to go, I'll think about how to exorcise this place I go by so often...I just don't want it to have the power to depress me since it is on my way to alot of places I go often.
thanks

Sorry it took so long to read this.
There are times that I can't be on here for hours.
I will edit that other thread so there is no reference to you on it.
I still think you could approach H about the idea. Maybe let him know that the place bothers you and you'd like his help getting rid of the images. I try to help my H come up with some suggestions. It makes him feel like he is doing something. You have to be ready to do this. I know that it is much easier for me now that I've conquered certain things. There are still plenty to conquer. You will do it though. alias
I forgot to mention - Thank you for talking about this! [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
the last month has been difficult for me. A lot of bad memories. You helped me remember the strength and purpose I once had. Maybe now that I remember it I can get it back.
Maybe I can take my life back instead of waiting for someone to give it to me.
Thank you again!
