Don't know if Moderators will let me post this, but this is the best place I know to let BS know about our local support group.

http://www.geocities.com/SanAntonioBAN2

BS in the San Antonio, TX area can contact a local support group by email at SanAnotnioBAN2@yahoo.com The group is the creation of another website, but can be very benificail to the BS.

Anyone in the San Antonio area wishing to attend a group meeting, please email the address above for meeting times and locations .

Thanks,

So, Ispy,

It's good that you have the group going, but how are you doing, we haven't heard an update from you in a long time.

SS: It is good to hear from someone like you.

I am doing pretty good I think. I finally got the communication between W/W and OM to cease. Our M is improving, not great, but improving. I am physically and emotionally better. Think that Prozac had a lot to do with emotional and insulin pump the physical.

I still have much change to do. I am persistant and don't want to give up.

I have a million things to say, but will run off everyone in doing so. That is part of my motivation to get the support group off the ground. I think that others, much like myself, need to talk to someone other than family and friends and don't want to pay $ for a counselor. I think that strength comes in numbers and feel strong about the group.

Thanks for sharing.

I just came across one of your old posts yesterday looking for something else, and wondered about you.

I don't think you would run everyone off, but I know time is limited. You can't do everything.

Sounds like progress, hope it gets better and is permanant.
