What would you do when WH has nothing to do w/ you, but he comes home late every night after being w/ OW? I do not believe he wants to file for divorce.

Hi and welcome to MB.
I am sure there is more to your story. Just what you posted though is showing disrespect. The question is now not how much longer he will be doing this, it is more like how much longer will you tolerate it under your roof.
Read the basic concepts at the top of this page. Read the book surviving an affair. Get in contact with a competent MC or do some phone counseling with Steve or Jennifer.
Let us know how you are doing.
take care, L.
