If your husband kissed a stranger (woman) in a bar isn't that infidelity? Just found out the truth and trying to get past this.

I'd vote yes to both of your questions, but could only pick one. Rather than confuse you, I decided to respond with a post.

Kissing another woman is cheating. Of course, your or his Mom doesn't count, even in a bar. Seriously, that type of behaviour is dangerous to your marriage. Read the Harleys articles on this site and you'll understand why it is dangerous. This site will also help you and your husband understand why stopping this behaviour might just save you and your family from a full blown affair down the road.

I'm dealing with the same situation, and although it could be much, much worse...it still hurts.
What helps me a little is the fact that a few years before I was married, I, too, kissed someone else at a bar. And it wasn't because I didn't love my fiance (now-husband) or even because I wanted this other man, it just happened. I decided that the best thing was not to put myself in those situations...I no longer go out with friends to dance clubs. Maybe this is a suggestion for your husband...
