I decided that if we were going to make this marriage work, I needed to be a part of h life. Even though his work is at the church where ow also works, I need to show my support for him and us.
It's going to be hard, and it's where it all began. The hardest thing will be seeing her sit her little [censored] up there on the piano bench next to him because she refuses to sit on a stool like the other band members. I think if she has a shred of decency in her, she wont' even get close to him, but i"m not going to "watch" them. As she called me my husband's "watchdog." What hurt was that he didn't defend me when she wrote it to him.
Anyway, I need to go to think and pray over things and even though there are hundreds of churches closer, this is the one he works at, so I feel if he is going to stay there in spite of this and she won't leave either, I need to be there, not to "watch" them but to support him. Mabye that sounds wierd, i don't know.
I know he is afraid i will confront her, but as much as I would enjoy punching in her nose, I'm more likely to punch his at this moment. :-)

I think you are doing the right thing. If he is going to continue to be involved in this church you should as well to support him, yourself and your M. I know how difficult and uncomfortable it will be for you, but I think it will be just as or more uncomfortable for her.
Praying will help ease your anxiety over this situation and hopefully after church you will be able to say that it wasnt so bad.
My thoughts are with you

I think you should go, for the reasons that you stated...I'd also purchase a piano STOOL which is adjustable for the church (make sure a small plaque is placed on it which shows that you and your H donated it) and end the room for someone else's @$$. jmho

Thank you all for your support. I went and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I had an uncomfortable moment when Pastor was talking about temptation and sin, but it soon passed.
I watched my h play piano and as crazy as it sounds, saw the man I fell in love with because he used to play like that for me when we first got together and even though he wasn't playing for me, his music touched me inside. Does that make sense? Probably not, sounds soppy or something, but hey...
Anyway, she didn't even sit next to him but found somewhere else to park her backside! Do you think anyone noticed since she's been doing that for so long??
Have a great SUnday everyone.

Well, just maybe he was playing for you...and everyone else just got to listen along.
I'm glad it worked for the best. Keep on your healing path...and keep smiling!
