I found out my wife cheated while we were going through infertility treatments. She actually had sex with the guy the same month in which I paid $16,000 for in-vitro fertilization. There were a lot of other problems too. I don't even want to try and work this out. I just want out. I am tired of getting the "work on it" advice. I just want to move on with my life. Shouldn't that be OK?

Yes it is ok to feel and do that. But the fact you are here probably suggests you aren't sure that is what you want to do.
Do you have any kids? If not then it's much simpler.

Yes, it's ok! Sometimes a marriage shouldn't survive, sometimes it should. The decision is yours. NO ONE has the right to tell you what to do, we can point out other options you may have overlooked, we can tell you our experiences...but the decision on what is right in your life can ONLY come from you!
I've gone both routes in different marriages, I walked in a hurry in my first marriage and NEVER looked back or regreted my decision. This time I felt that my marriage was worth fighting for and stayed. While I am glad I stayed this time...I'd have to admit that staying is a whole lot harder then walking. jmho
Hope your path on the healing road is a smooth one.
