Hi I just wanted to check in. We have had a great week. I have had a different attitude. I have not been focusing all of my energy on the affair. I have been studying my bible and listening to cd's during the day to try to keep my mind off of it. He is treating me a lot better. He says that he is sorry that he contacted her again and promises he will not hurt me again. He has a meeting with our pastor at church on Friday. I am going to meet with him by myself also. We will then start meeting with him together. The doc gave me something the other day to settle me down. It has helped take the edge off things. I am trying to be as calm as I can through all of this. I just want it over and want my husband back more than anything. Thanks for letting me rattle on.

Rattle on anytime you'd like, especially with your very welcome positive news. "Good" posts are too few and far between on this board and it's always uplifting to be reminded that sometimes a relationship can get itself back on track.
I wish you continued success with your restoration and hope that these solid steps mean brighter days ahead for you and H.
Keep us updated, please, we're pulling for you...
