Hi everyone.

Update on story is that for the last week I have began to feel "better". I have decided that I will no longer be "pulled down" by this nightmare. Guess what..... it is working.

Worrying about what is or might happen is not good. All it does is give me a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach..... Since I have stopped this I feel stronger and calmer. It is not the first thing that comes to mind every morning anymore. Could this be healing?

H and I talked the other night about our "nightmare" and he has told me that he is much more content with his life and that he is beginning to feel the same way. I have even heard him whistling which he has not done for months. I told h that if we are going to get through this we both have to give it 101%. He agrees.

I still feel there is a huge amount of work to be down. The old "sick feeling" does creep up on you when you least expect it but with all my might I push it away. I know that I am not out of the woods yet but I have to give it all my efforts. I still doubt his movements but I will not let this feeling take control again (well I hope not anyway LOL)..... I still have the "meeting" coming up so I will have a very hard hill to climb still but I will keep everyone informed.

I just want everyone to know that it does feel better just now ayway. Hang on in there everyone who has felt like me over the past months. Be positive.

Love

Kat

P.S. Where are you Wifey, you stood me up over coffee........Hope everything is okay. Did you get my e.mail? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" />

Sorry, hon...spent most of my time on the computer over here on recovery yesterday! Had someone ask me for help, completely had the histroy down wrong and had to do a 180! Usually, I don't make that type of mistake in what I think is going on (even if wrong)...but really blew it!!

Did answer your email this morning when I got back on! So it's sitting there for evening tea instead of morning tea!!!

Deciding our course of action and then putting it into the works is one of the steps we do have to make. You've done WONDERFULLY!!! Avoided so many of the potholes where I fell flat on my face...Your doing GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!

You're making it easy on H to come to you and be honest (something I made very difficult), you've choosen how you want to live your life, with some peace and a whole lot of kindness and caring...H is responding in very positive ways!!!

You go lady!!!

HUGS!!!!
