My husband and I are supposed to be trying to work things out, but I just saw on his computer that he has been looking at divorce websites... The problems just came out only a few days ago... should I be really worried about this or could he just be researching to see both sides of things???

Looking doesn't mean alot, I know I was always completely committed to my marriage, but I also looked to see what my rights might be in my state, if my spouse turned out not to be as committed as he said he was.
Rebuilding is HARD! Each of us goes through periods where we really do wonder if it's worth the effort and pain, should we just throw up our hands...but the majority of us still keep on trying after that moment of weakness.
Since he looked...wouldn't be a bad idea for you to be familiar with what your state laws are. I think one of the best things to do is NEVER bring the "D" word (divorce) up as an option...jmho. But that doesn't mean to hide your head in the sand either. It can happen, and you should know your rights.
Keep your focus on rebuilding...and make it plain to your spouse that this is what path you want to take.
Good Luck!
