Ok, Time to take a break and take care of ourselves.
I often let myself go....I do admit(Lately anyway).. My poor H sometimes..I think I get wrapped up in everything else and just forget about me and depression starts to set in even worse. We need to take time out and pamper ourselves and be selfish everyonce in a while. For us parents, wives, and husbands, a healthy family, and relationship starts with you.
I encourage you to a challange, take one day this week and devote it to you. Get a good book, take a walk, take a bath with candles. By yourself and be happy for who you are. For me I will get up, take a shower do my hair, put my makeup on take my time. Ummmmm.I don't know what I will do... Oh.. I have a massage, and seaweed rapp and pedicure certificate.....
Do something for yourselves, you deserve it so much and need a break from all this stress.
Good luck
Let me know what you will do
any good Ideas?
Christine
I want to be happy, I want to feel proud of what my life has become.

me- i've decided to allow some time to sit quietly and read, drink a cup of tea, or listen to bob marley before i go to bed. so relaxing. it is important to bring that up- especially during the holidays.
