Ask them if it is always around the same time or something and see if you can catch them.

I agree with SoDisappointed. You can also ask your neighbors if they remember which days of the week that the car was there--such as this past Monday, last Monday 2, etc. There may be a pattern, such as Monday being her day off. Then--you can call into work sick and scope out the house yourself next Monday. And you can always ask the neighbors to get her plate number--then I think (I'm not sure) that you can call the DMV and get a name. With a name you can probably get a phone number.

It is really hard to get some guys to own up to their behavior unless they are caught red-handed. However, if he has her coming over to your house--it sounds like he !wants! to get caught.

I'd still be just a little leery of the neighbors though. Do they have any reason at all to lie to you? Can you ask a different neighbor if they've seen the same thing?

You can probably use this time to figure out if your H is worth all of this effort. If you do want to save your marriage--go to a counselor now even if he won't go with you. When you suspect cheating but the WS won't come clean--sometimes you start to doubt your own instincts and beat yourself up without reason. When I confronted my H with hard evidence--he still told me I was being parinoid. But the truth was the truth--I wasn't being paraniod--he was telling lies.

Sorry you are going through this...

If you have a camcorder, you might want to set up one where it will film the front door... Only problem is - the tapes are 4 hours long recording time if you use EP on an 8MM cam.
The other advice on here is excellent too - if you can trust your neighbours to not say anything.
For your sake and your Marriage, I hope there is no Other Person.
May God bless you both.
