I'm getting some new windows installed today. I bought 'em a few months ago & they are here now installing them. They pulled them out of the garage & the wind blew one over & smashed it. Only took 6-8 weeks special order. They already ripped out the old one so they have nothing to put in it's place. Don't know what they are going to do yet.
Patience, patience, I must have patience. And I'm not even a doctor! [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
Lord. I'm tired. So very tired. I'm asking for Your help. Just give me a bit of time to recoup my mind & energy before anything else goes wrong. My life is yours to do with as You please and I give You all the parise & Glory!
Amen!
------------------
Prayers & God Bless!
Chris
For relationship info check out Marriage & Relationship Resources

Do you have a dog? Perhaps, you could use it as a doggie door, in the meantime. Ha, ha. Just kidding!
Look at the bright side. At least, it's a garage window and not one of the front windows of your house!!
Hope you day gets better here on out.

Hey Chris,
You could aways cut it out for a door, build a large deck outside complete with a hot tub and invite you MB buddies to come down for a Chrismas party and stay overnight until New Years. [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
Either that or I guess a big piece of heavy plastic would do. Not as much fun as the hot tub!
Just another speed bump in life, Guy.

------------------
"It's not over till we say it's over! Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? H*ll no!" Chris, I know what you mean...just this week had to put a new clutch in my car (900.00), and last week had to buy a new washer (400.00). All this and Xmas too!!! Good thing my kids like tootsie rolls!! "Cause that is what they are getting in their stockings!! And to top it off, their Dad had them for the holidays this year.....(my last ditch attempt at Plan A a couple of months ago)
But you know what?? I am healthy(at least physically), my kids are doing well, I have a wonderful family and friends and I know that we can all feel down at times, we have many things to be thankful for, and happy about.
------------------
Susan

Okay, I've dug a hole, filled it with water & I'm throwing in the heating pad. LETS GO HOT TUBBING! WOOHOO! (snort, snort! [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com])
It's Colorado Springs & the weather is pretty screwy. 5 feet of snow one day & 70 degrees the next. It has been on the 20-30s the last few days. Today the sun was shining & it was snowing at the same time with clouds off in the distance. 2 years ago we had snow & couldn't even see out the sliding door out back. Had to stay home for 4 days 'cause we couldn't get out of the driveway. 4 miles away at the base, they had about 2 inches.
------------------
Prayers & God Bless!
Chris
For relationship info check out Marriage & Relationship Resources

ca123, are you serious? you must be joking.
you're asking you higher power to help you deal with a broken window? i suggest you grow up. your marital problems can't be too serious if you're putting in new windows and breaking one brothers you.
did you find that your car needed washing too? that must be terrible.
let me share, someone took the seat on the train i usually take. now i'm so sad. yea, and then an 18 wheeler cut me off as i drove home. what, oh lord, will i ever do?? life is soooo hard. you have to pray just to make today.
