I want to thank the two people that typed in to me it was nice to hear someone does care out there. I will try my hardest not to bring up the affair again. Today was my first day and I am going crazy thinking about it by myself. I just do not know if it is really over and it is driving me crazy. He says it is but how do you ever know? How can he get over someone that he was truly attracted with through communication something that I do not offer him? Yes there was some sex but he says they geuninely just got along great. I can use all the guidance I can get it helps to talk to someone besides him>

Buy, and read together, "Surviving an Affair". It will show you the hows and whys of what you need to do to make sure he is no longer having an affair.

And, I forgot - driving yourself crazy is completely normal, for a while. If it goes on too long, see a doctor about getting anti-D medication.
