oooo sacrilege! But the two of you have seen it together in the mean time, right?
My kids had Blazing Saddles memorized by the time they were 7 or 8.

2nd- You know, now that you mention it, I don't think she HAS seen the entire movie...
We tried to watch Holy Grail last night but drat, I must have lent it out and have not gotten it back. Oh well, now it is time to buy it on DVD.
In the meantime I know I have Blazing on VHS that we can watch in the interim. Maybe if someone here mentioned that it would be good for our M that W and I watch it, than maybe I could get her to watch it.
How about Office Space? Seen that one?

Hows that?
Office Space was very goofy. I didn't think that I would like it, but I did! WaHoo!
Oooo ooooo. Gods and Generals is tres tres good! If you appreciate the Civil War, though they didn't spend enough time on Joshua Chamberlain as I would have liked.

And what did Shirley McLaine mistakenly think he meant when he said to her "I like to watch" ..... and so she??? ..... on the floor .... on the bear-skin rug .... and he was on the bed doing what ???? [ July 21, 2003, 07:31 PM: Message edited by: Pepperband ]

Watching TV, m'dear! I LOVE THAT MOVIE! Chauncy Gardener!
Oh, Pepper, you forgot the bedpost, Shirley did a great job on that scene. I would like to see the outtakes on that one. How could anyone on the set keep a straight face. [ July 21, 2003, 09:12 PM: Message edited by: 2ndfiddle ]

Peter Sellers, would you be talking about the Pink Panther? I am too young for those movies but I have seen parts of some of them. Like when the guy gets crushed in the car and turns on the windshield wipers! I don't remember which one that was though...
Office Space is a great movie for corporate america to see.

Did someone say Peter Sellers? My all time favorite Peter Sellers film is 'Dr Strangelove or how I stopped worrying and learned to love the bomb'. He plays 3 roles in that movie and he is absolutely hysterical in all 3. If you haven't seen it, go out of your way to find it and watch it. You won't be disappointed.
