I told my H that his actions lead me to believe he was having an A (he doesn't know I have proof). It's only been about a week since I had the proof but I had a feeling before that he was. He denird the whole thing saying it was all in my mind and that he wouldn't do such a thing. A few days later he starts to stay at home more, always wanting to hug and kiss on me, and telling me how much he loves me. Bull****! I want to make sure the proof I have is legit (I read his email) before I show it to him! What should I do!

Hi Nottheone,
Some people just won't admit to it until confronted with hard core evidence. I confronted my WW over three times saying things weren't right etc and even asking her if she was having an A and she flat out denied it every time. She could have come clean at any of those times but it wasn't until I had hard core email proof that she finally did.
You need to do what's right for you and your sanity. I know I tried working on things and figuring out what was wrong but never could put my finger on it since I always gave her the benefit of the doubt. People don't want to give up their fantasy lives.

If he is communicating online from your home, you can install spy software. If he is using his cell phone, you can look at his phone bill. You can do reverse phone# look up on switchboard.com
I am a firm believer that unless you are a very jealous person, you need to go with your gut.
If you found an inappropriate e-mail, that is proof enough that something has occurred that violates your comfort and agreement in your M.
If you need more proof, get it. Otherwise, confront him with what you have.
