Just felt like I wanted to post somethings, based upon personal experiences with infidelity...

Remember, please, if you just felt the pain of all of it, its when we hurt the most, that we most often forget what we used to do to calm ourselves...

Pain never really goes away completely, but you either learn to live with it, or learn to look at it a different way, or you manage.

Even, if things look too desperate for you to cope with, they aren't... Seek help if you need to, talk, talk, talk and talk to the friends and family you have.

If you are the betrayed one, take care of yourself, try your best to keep that in mind!

Hi snow. Yes I think that anyone who has gone through infidelity can help someone . Weather it be a small help or a huge help. I also hope that I can help someone, although I am going through the pain of my spouse having an affair I feel I can help with whatever has helped me. Thanks again and hope to talk to you soon.
