Satellite transmitters need to be replaced. I spent the morning on the phone with "advanced tech support" at direcway.... they were great. BUT my ability to connect and stay online is questionable at best until the parts get here and the installer comes to do whatever it is they do.... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" />

I'll be doing my best to stay on top of client and mentee emails if I can and most likely will not be here much until this is either fixed or behaving better. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="images/icons/frown.gif" />

And if I can't do any of that I'll be mowing and painting and cleaning closets.

Well, here's the sad story. Parts are here, they came yesterday. The "chosen" installer cannot come sooner than next Friday. Completely unacceptable!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" /> Sooooooo.... I'm trying to see if I can negotiate for a different installer, but to get to a real human being it takes a minimum of an hour of hold time. Today, it was 2 hours. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="images/icons/frown.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="images/icons/frown.gif" />

Internet is completely down, no longer connecting even intermittently. So I'm at the library wading through something like 50+ emails from the last 24 hours.
