My husband has contacted a former girlfriend. They haven't met yet just talked on the phone and emailed. I don't know what to do. He says that he has never been able to get over her and needs to put this to rest one way or another. What do I do. I have been trying to be understanding and fill his needs but I just don't know what to do. I have known about it for a little over a week. I told him last night he needed to see about finding somewhere else to live. Is this the right thing to do? Or should I wait longer? I love him very much and don't want to lose him but I am also hurt. Thank you for any advice you can give me.

I'll bump you up so maybe the veterans here can help you...

I personally don't care what he thinks about needing to settle it. He is married to you. He is trying to be a cake eater and thinks by telling you that he is doing the right thing. In a way he is but that doesn't mean he gets to do it.

Get all the info from this site. Print out His Needs Her Needs. Print out info on the policy of joint agreement because this is definately something I have a feeling would not get a thumbs up from you.

Come back and post after you read and see if anyone else has responded.

Have you told H that you do not want this to take place? What was his response? When is this suppose to happen?
