1 month ago I found out my husband was a wayward one. I have dealt with and continue to deal with pain and back and forth feelings about moving forward in our marriage.
He seemed commited at first, then I found out he was still contacting her. No remorse etc. Now he says they are 3 days NC but I am not sure.
He is now confused and not sure if he wants to save our marriage or not. I am trying to understand what he is going thru. Although I am new here I have read nearly everything. I am following the advice to meet his EN but am not consistent because I am hurt and angry at times.
My WH seems broken and I want to help anyway I can. I love him very much.
Please let me know what you went through in an attempt to get an idea of what my WH might be going though. Thank you in advance.
btw: Affiars have been internet based, telephone based and actual physical meetings. [ September 04, 2003, 10:02 PM: Message edited by: bhampton ]

Get him some good MC help. Right now all your wisdom, knowledge and even love can not be seen or felt by the Ws. His guilt and withdrawal or even denial blocks his senses.
Will he do phone couseling with Steve or Jennifer? AS a couple or individually?
Get Dr Harley's books: 'surviving an affair' and his needs her needs. You need to read 'love must be tough' by Dr James Dobson.

Orchid thanks for the reply. I agree with you. Right now my WH says he does not know if he can bare the weight of moving forward with recovery. For example all the stress of the back and forth feelings about staying or leaving. He not me wants to establish another residence to take a break from it all. His OW is in another state very far away so physical contact is kind of unlikey but phone conversations is not. I want to support him and help us both to get through this but I find it hard to be strong when he seems to be running away. What do any of you think about this?
