This past weekend I read "Surving an affair". What an empowering read. It has helped me understand my feelings and also those of my WH.
I can now encourage him to be honest without the anger. The hurt is still there but I can keep it under control. I am now having WH read it too. I hope that it will enlighten him as well.
He has not yet commited to recovery but I am hopeful. I am sure most of you have read this book. However for any newbies (like myself) that have not yet read it. PLEASE DO! You will feel much better.
Good luck
