My husand has admitted to cheating on me 3 times with strange women. It was casual sex. We have seen a counselor twice since I found out. What can I do to make sure that this doesn't happen again? I feel hopeless. I'm 25 and in pretty good shape. The women he slept with were older and obese. He seems to have a fetish for big women. I also caught him masturbating to pictures of transvestites(sp) the week after I found out about the affair. The MC thinks he may have a sexual addiction. Any help would be appreciated.

Change the title of your thread to say "Starfish, please comment". She has been through a situation involving casual sex and is now successfully on the other side. Yes and no....my situation is similar....and different. My husband had a thing for prostitutes. But it's all part of the same illness...sexual addiction. It's not about love, but thrills. What have you done so far? How did you find out? What is his plan to protect you in the future?

LBW, Are you a Christian? Reason I'm asking is that I am an apprentice mentor at http://www.settingcaptivesfree.com website. I am a graduate of the 60 day Pure Freedom course and a mentor for it now. I once had a fractional addiction to pornography and masturbation and by the Grace of God stand free from sexual sin today as a result of this ministry. Your H obviously has walked quite a bit further down the path of destruction than I did but in my heart I know where he is. Obviously your H is the person in question that needs the help, but if he is willing to consider this path, we also have a United Front course designed for spouses of addicts to assist them during recovery.
