hi,
I am a happily(somewhat)married woman with 2 beautiful children. I have cheated on my husband twice. Both times I have been caught. The most recent being today. I don't know why I do it. I love him very much and I just want us to be happy. Why do I keep screwing everything up? He is handling everything very well and asking what he can do to make things better. That makes me feel more guilty....I'm the one with the problem. How can I help myself make my marriage stronger and stay committed to my husband?

I must say that this website is truly a Godsend!
I did not know what to expect, and I must say I am blessed to have found it. Thanks so much for replying so quickly. I sat here numb and not knowing where to turn or what to do. I cant function and dont think I will go to work tomorrow. Help

Hi repeat,
I too feel very sick, and this pizza I ordered is making it worse. I hope you and I both get thru tonight. Thats all I can think about is tonight. I wonder my H is, I am so worried about him. I think I will call in sick tomorrow. I can't get it together that fast.

I have been a mess all day. I don't know if my husband was at work today or not. I haven't seen him since this morning but, I know I need to give him his space. i ordered pizza too, nauseating, I've barely eaten anything all day. I think I have a problem and I need to know how to save my marriage for my kids sake but, do I want my kids to see a relationship like this?

You know repeat you need to take your own advice,
remember its not about the kids. I know I was never molested but there is a reason that I cheat. I love my husband and want my marriage to work. I have severed all ties with th OM. Have you? I am truly sorry this time I hope he comes home tonight. I left a voicemail and told him that I love him and how very sorry I am again. I also said to please be safe and give me time to get it together. I will get counseling soon. I have to.

I have severed all ties. This is about me and me alone. I need to know why this is happening. When I was younger I had alot of sexual encounters with many different men throughout university. Maybe this is the problem. Maybe it was the first time I cheated on my bf. I don't know but, I need to stop. I love my husband so much, as I'm sure you do, and I just want us to be happy and move forward

Thanks so much for being there. This really helps. I know this is about me and only me also. I know I have a problem. I don't know anyone else who cheats. Its also not something people go around bragging about. I am Ok and I hope your H comes home tonight also. I work in a psycotherapy office and dont feel comfortable asking any of the therapist for a referral. I am just ashamed. I too had several sexual encounters with men early in life. I was sex. active at 14, and it was always with someone older, but not family, thank God.
