I have phone bills dating back at least 18 months.She paid the bills, I never saw them until she said she didn't want to be married anymore. I think in the last couple of months it has become more than phone calls. I have the numbers but they all come back unlisted. When you call them, a generic voice mail answers. I think he monitors his caller ID and doesn't answer the phone. It could be anyone. She has all but admitted someone else and was on the verge of ending it. But he talked her out of it. Can I get a court order to find out who the number belongs too. It must be a cell phone.

You say elsewhere that you suspect who it is. Call his wife and ask if he has a phone with that number. Or get a voice-activated recorder (radio shack) and hide it near a phone she uses.

Turn the phone numbers over to a P.I. who has been in the profession for many years. They usually have contacts in the police department who can get that info from the telephone company.

I made contact with PI today, for $45.00 he says he can get the name to go with the number. After that it becomes expensive to have her watched. It is worth the $45.00, I have spent more than that for gas. Thanks for the advise. The PI said if I sign the contract, I will know who the phone belongs to in a couple of days.

I think it is worth it. Once you have the name, you can then expose the A to his W (if he has one) or his family.

I paid $20 on USSEARCH to get the home address of OW so that I could notify her H of the A. It was worth it and I'm glad I did it.

If you have the phone# there is actually a way you can do it for free (maybe). It's not guarenteed to work. Go www.google.com , it's a search engine like yahoo or hotmail. In the search window, instead of typing in keywords, type in the phone #. It will put at top of screen the name of whom it is listed under and even give a link to a map to get there. It is not 100% accurate though as the dbase is only updated twice a year I believe, and if it's an unlisted # it won't show up at all. Worth a shot though before you cough up 45$.
