Marriage Builders Discussion Forums: How do I get info on A?

I am not sure where to turn. I know the EA is going on strong, so plan a is difficult to use. (i have limited outbursts and lb's but can no longer fill his en's)

I am ready to proceed to plan b but have a strong feeling that h will not adhere to it. (won't move out)

I value the advice that I get here. ask me any questions or just knock some sense into me.

Please help.

Well, I'm no expert but think you should be in Plan A. Also you need to try to detach emotionally from H and start working on your own issues. What helped me most was working on spiritual issues, joining a women's support group, exercising, cleaning house, fixing up house, working on yard, going out with friends, organizing, working on a budget, etc. Then I started getting satisfaction from these activities instead of H. Now my H is still with OW (I'm in Plan B) but I feel good. Everything is sparkling clean, have lost weight, and my spiritual growth is coming along. Your H has all the signs of an A, so keep quietly checking. Continue to get counseling here, if possible - expensive, but cheap compared to getting a divorce. Try to take your time and take good care of yourself and children. I know how miserable it can be while H is seeing someone else, but stick with MB plan, and start working on you.
