Your wife is acting like all of the rest of them. They do not care if you are hurting because they are addicted. That comes before anything else.

But this doesn't usuall last. So start in Plan A. Read all about it here. And get ready for the rollercoaster ride.

Lost, your reaction is very normal. Someone gave me a piece of advice that I'll pass on to you. If you know the identity of the other person why not call him up and ask "what are your intentions with my wife". This will surely rock his world since he may not even know your W is in love with him. That may sound silly but my W is in love with a guy who wouldn't come to her funeral. It may be able to save you a lot of time in getting over this. Will your W scream? Of course, but you can't pay any attention to it. That isn't your wife, is it?

Hi LSiBoston,
Yep, I had some pretty bad physical reactions, too. I eventually let myself get so rundown that a simple cold turned into pneumonia. Think this is fun now, wait till you have a fever and your brains want to explode everytime you cough. YUCK!

I'm really sorry you are having to go through this. Ask your wife why her vows didnt include, 'till death do us part, or until I find happiness with someone else and it feels right'.

No, dont to that, that's a LB, and you want to eliminate all LB's. Have you read up on plan A? Plan A is designed to seperate the WS from the OP. Do you know what WS and OP mean ?

Getting started and a WELCOME from MB

Read everything on this link, everything you can on the concepts. Try real hard to take care of yourself by making yourself eat, drink water, sleep (I know, it's hard), see friends and family. You must keep strong. This is a battle. Study the strategies here. Post any questions you need. Please take care - Dru
