We went to H familys house for Xmas eve dinner and he got ticked off at his sister first thing and started his withdrawl and anger behavior, got real quiet, not ansering questions, etc, just like he does with me. Everyone thought he was tired and wondered about him. I feel he is pushing away his family too. I was so mad. Luckily noone asked me about what was going on with him or I might have told them. I wanted to take it all on myself and ask him if he wanted me to just not go with him if that would make him happier. But I did pretty good with no lovebusters, and we talked a little on the way home. He is just so filled with anger these days. Swore at about 4 drivers on the way there. He is so unhappy it is painful to watch. I have to wonder if he is a different person when he is out with his "friend" OW. I pray today will be better. I am having a hard time maintaining though this. Lora

Lora,<BR>Its probably a guilt feeling. I know I get angry at everybody else when I feel guilty about not getting work down for example.<P>Just keep taking those baby steps! Good job on the no lovebusting!<P>God Bless !!<P>------------------<BR>"You can't always get what you want! But if you try real hard, you might just find, you get what you need!"<BR>Mick Jagger<P>

Lora,<P>Feeling for you today. Hope this day goes better than yesterday. Your H is going through his own pain, believe it or not. All you can do is be there and be supportive and understanding and show him your best sides (planA). This is the most frustrating, humiliating and humbling thing anyone can EVER experience!<P>Keep the faith....<P>Merry Christmas,<P>Roll Me Away<P>------------------<BR>"Life is made up, not of great sacrifices or duties, but of little things in which smiles and kindnesses and small obligations, given habitually, are what win and preserve the heart and secure comfort."<P>Sir Humphry Davy<BR>

The defensive stage... closing to everybody. I rememebr that part, and it was quite difficult because I couldn't figure out how to pull him out from there.<BR>You seem to be doing fine. Time and patience will help.<BR>Hope today will be better.<BR>Try to keep things light ( my H would react better when thigs were light and easy).<BR>Wish you a better day.<BR>Take care<BR>Kat<BR>I'll be bck later if the kids will let me get away from the playstation for a minute [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]<BR><P>------------------<BR>Each and everyone of us is deserving of a kind word, a gentle thought, and the gift of understanding.

To top it all off our cat got up this AM and can't put any weight on her back leg. But H seems happier so maybe we will have an OK day. Lora
