My WW has been home visiting relative, and in the same place that she is having the affair. I found out that she applied for a job in that state. I guess it's really time to find a lawyer.

Hello Believer, it's good to see you again.
I spoke to her yesterday and asked her if she saw OM since she's been there. She is away for two weeks visiting her mother in the same area that OM lives. She stated "no, but tomorrow's another day" (incidently i know she's lying. i have the password to their voicemail) I asked if she was ready to move back there, and she said only if she takes our daughter. that she did'nt want me to come.
