My husband is 8 years younger than myself and I am now realizing he is still in need of some major maturing. He does not meet my emotional needs and thinks being affectionate is groping, poking and then demanding to have sex. I have problems, quoted by him, when I don't have the desire to respond to his form of affection and want to have sex with him when ever he feels. He doesn't see this as a turn off but thinks it should be a turn on for me. His actions are an inappropiate way of expressing love! More like his desire to have sex and doesn't matter who with. He has even recently said that be this a warning from him to not be surprized when he does find someone else who gives sex when he wants it and enjoys his form of affection. I wonder if a more mature minds thinking is that he see that happiness, love and affection in a marriage results in good sex and lovemaking and that groping, demanding and thinking his form of affection is a precursing to good lovemaking with him and it isn't. Any comments

Time to go for counseling. He is somewhat typical in thinking women enjoy this. Yuck.

But you must take some action. He has warned you what he is thinking. So get some help now.

Yeppers, get some help. I don't know why some men, not all but some, think that groping and poking are a turn on. I think it is a maturity thing.
