Dear Shaun,

welcome to MB. Even though its not much fun to be here, this is a good place to get information, support and generally vent. There is a lot of information on this site, so the best thing to do at first is to read all of the articles that you can. Also, check out the replies to the thread here by in-distress, as there are links to other useful information sources compiled by people here, and the names of books that are very useful.

Although this site is aimed at straight married couples, most of the principles can be applied to any committed loving couple relationships, so I think you will still find the information useful. Just be aware that its a long and difficult process, and will take time, energy and commitment, even if your S gives up all OP immediately. The books are a really great start for lettign you know whats involved, in particular, Torn Asunder by Dave Carder is a useful one.
good luck!
