My 6-months gone, living w/OM W is about to file for the big D. In my state, it's a 60-day cooling-off period before judgement. My love bank runs dangerously low from her legal saber-rattling actions. Should I now institute Plan B?

------------------
Better Than Before,
WOZ

WOZ,
The basic criteria is...
...that your Love Bank balance is now so low...
...that it needs to be protected.
If you're there...
...draft the Plan B letter...
...review it with us...
...get in touch with Dr. Harley (if possible)...
...plan out the logistics.
I believe it is better to enter Plan B before the divorce starts...
...other wise a continued Plan A has little effect.

You have my prayers.
[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
Jim

I will try to come up with the jack for a Harley conference. Meanwhile, I still question the efficacy of cutting off all contact with W, since that's almost the current status anyway. Also, I'm still confused about her relationship to this OM she's living with. I want to simply ignore it till it falls apart, bu that might not happen until after the D is final, at this rate.
I've been giving her lots of space and haven't discovered the "right" tiime to make a pitch to meet her e-needs.
Yes, I'm confused!

------------------
Better Than Before,
WOZ

Plan A... is for you!
Plan B... is for you!
There is nothing you can do to force your W back...
...nothing!
You can work on you...
...and pray or hope she comes back.
But in the end...
...if she doesn't...
...you've at least taken the steps for a better life for you.
You need to feel this way...
...before you're ready for Plan B.
[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
Jim

I'll be contacting Harley today for a phoner, and I'll brief him on my situation ahead of the conversation.
I'm thinking that, in the final analysis, only a change of mind or heart on my W's part can make any difference. Since she seldom sees me these days, she can't know the growth I've experienced in myself.
How does someone hint to her that at least TRYING the marriage again will be in HER best interest?

------------------
Better Than Before,
WOZ
